The ecore Task Manager is one of the most powerfull tools inside our management tool. You are able to assign jobs that have get done to people inside your club with only a few clicks!
To add a new task for yourself or people of your club, just write in the title in the textfield above and hit your Enter/Return -Key.
To edit your task double-click on it. This will open more options.
Do mark the task as finished just hit the checkbox in front of the tasks name. You will find all finished tasks when you click on the 'show finished tasks'-Button.
EDIT > NAME
At this option you are able to rename your task.
EDIT > DUE DATE
At the option you are able to select a date when the task should be finished.
EDIT > ASSIGNED MEMBERS
At the option you are able to select users of your club. It shows by whom the task should be executed.
EDIT > DONE BY
This option allows you, as the one who create the task, to backtrace who finished the it.
EDIT > DESCRIPTION
Here you are able to give some further informations to the assigned members, that helps them to finish their task.
INFORMATION > FLAG
On the top of the ecore site you'll find a flag where you are able to get quick access to modules like the ecore Tasks. You will see your own tasks that you have opened and the tasked you were assigned with.
